This is my first time studying in a similar program and I really like it. The reports were interesting and informative. It is great when the seminar is combined with the practical part, because the theory supported by practice gives much more results. Personally, I was more interested in the practical part. Most of all I liked lectures and practical classes from Igor Prisyazhnyuk and Valery Lototsky.
We have considered the issue of animal feeding in great detail. Waiting for a reproduction course from you for our artificial insemination technicians. It will be very interesting to listen and learn something new, to consolidate existing knowledge.
Nadiya Vailo, CEO of "Veleten" LLC
It was a happy coincidence that we met with the CC of AMP, which became a real guide for our economy in the world of dairy business. At the beginning of our activity, we constantly doubted whether we should be engaged in animal husbandry at all, there was a catastrophic lack of money. Under the careful guidance of the specialists of the consulting center, we began to invest and develop animal husbandry, and achieved such results that we did not even dream of. Without exaggeration, now we have about 33 liters per dairy cow per day and it is the merit of the work of consultants, because a few years ago, we barely milked 16 liters. Also, thanks to the visits of consultants, I can always monitor the work of my staff (veterinarians, zootechnicians), assess their professional level and skills. Therefore, I can say with confidence that today, in the face of consultants, we have reliable partners, professionals and fans of their business.
Pavlo Marushchak, director of Ustya LLC
For our farm, the Consulting Center is a circle of intimates and like-minded people. Thanks to the work of consultants, we managed not only to increase milk yield by 1000 kg per year, but also to expand our horizons and learn something new and more progressive. We plan to increase the number of cows and milk sales. We are confident that together we can do it! I would like to wish the staff of the Consulting Center to always achieve the set goal, expand their activities and further inspire dairy farms to reach new heights.
Vladimir Nazarenko, technologist of the CC of AMP
International workshop with David Reed
Thanks to the organizers for this event. After talking with David Reed, we studied in more detail the issues of milking technology in the milking parlor and ensuring animal comfort. Once again I was convinced that it is necessary to think first of all for the comfort of animals that produce milk. The words were also once again confirmed, technological standards for the creation of a dairy farm should be reduced to a common denominator. It is worth noting that we have heard a lot of interesting things about the settings of the milking parlor, it is necessary not only to rely on engineers, but also the technologist must understand all the details and control the parameters.

The training course exceeded my expectations and I really liked it. This is not the first time I have taken such courses, so I have something to compare with. The most interesting lectures were given by Valery Lototsky. There was also a very informative part of the course program related to cattle feeding. It would be interesting to attend such events again.
Yuriy Mudryk, director of PAE "KOLOS"
Working for 15 years in this field, I am constantly improving myself, and today I want to listen to professionals who already have experience and examples of advanced countries, and we, in turn, provide information on the ground and try to manage effectively. Today for me there was a systematization of information, I made many conclusions.
International workshop with Gordy Jones. According to Fedor Roshka, CEO of “Moloko Vitchyzny” LLC, such workshops are an opportunity to expand knowledge and learn about new things in dairy farming: "I was lucky to meet Gordy personally during one of the trainings in the United States. He is a true titan of knowledge and experience in dairy farming. When the Association of Milk Producers invited me to his workshop in Ukraine, I did not doubt for a moment whether to participate. My team is already waiting for my return, because we have agreed that I will give a presentation for them about Dr. Jones' training. The first thing we will analyze and where to look for reserves for our economy is dry cow ."
