The Advisory Center of Association of milk producers of Ukraine, supported by Switzerland within the framework of the Swiss-Ukrainian Program “Higher Value Added Trade from the Organic and Dairy Sector in Ukraine” implemented by the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (FiBL, Switzerland) in partnership with SAFOSO AG (Switzerland), Quality FOOD Trade Program, initiates the implementation of activities to provide effective consultations and services that disseminate best practices and knowledge among milk producers and processors.
This is achieved through the implementation of the project 'Support for SMEs of raw milk producers recovering from war-induced losses by providing highly professional practical consultations on restoring livestock productivity, quality and safety control of raw milk' (hereinafter referred to as the project) in war-affected and recently de-occupied regions of Ukraine.
Within the project, practical visits by veterinary and milk production technology experts to dairy farms are planned for selected participants - milk producers. Qualified consultation services will be provided during these visits to improve production units, contributing to the enhancement of the quality and quantity of raw milk produced by the farm.
Target regions: Mykolaiv, Odesa, Kherson, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Luhansk.
